California law prohibits discrimination based on source of income, including Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers and other forms of public rental assistance. Solaris accepts all lawful sources of income that can be verified.

If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or the California Civil Rights Department (CRD). You may also contact us directly so we can investigate.
